PERT Chart

This is the PERT chart that maps out things to be accomplished. Everything is connected through squares in reference to the talk about exestentialism in the movie I Heart Huckabees.

From the Snail

Straight From Slow Food:
Good:

The word good can mean a lot of things to a lot of people. For Slow Food, the idea of good means enjoying delicious food created with care from healthy plants and animals. The pleasures of good food can also help to build community and celebrate culture and regional diversity.

Clean:

When we talk about clean food, we are talking about nutritious food that is as good for the planet as it is for our bodies. It is grown and harvested with methods that have a positive impact on our local ecosystems and promotes biodiversity.

Fair:

We believe that food is a universal right. Food that is fair should be accessible to all, regardless of income, and produced by people who are treated with dignity and justly compensated for their labor.

Lets solve some problems

Problem
+San Francisco young adults in their twenties do not take part in the Slow Food
Nation program.

Purpose
+The purpose of this study was to create a promotional tool to get young adults in
San Francisco involved with Slow Food Nation.

There was a time that food was naturally organic because pesticides and hormones were not a part of the process while growing food and raising animals for meat products. We live in a time where they are not only included in so many of our foods, but many foods come highly processed and overloaded with sugar, corn syrup and sodium. It is time for young adults to take charge of their diets and simplify to the naturally delicious food.
